• Properties where there appears to be a concerted effort to ‘shop for value’.
• Suspicious investor activity regarding condominium and subdivision developments.
• Attempts by intermediaries to get real estate professionals to violate their binding rules and ethics standards.
• Articles and reports regarding recent fraudulent activity.

You can sign up for a free subscription by simply filling out our registration form and report fraud from your member area. However if you don't wish to sign up use our Repot Fraud Form for non members or use the "Report Fraud" link from the main menu.

What type of subscriptions do you offer?

We currently offer 2 types of subscriptions: Free and Paid.

Our free subscribers can login and report potential fraud from their member area as well as view history of their reports. This subscription type is a time saver for members who plan on reporting potential fraud on regular basis, since they won't have to type their credentials on each report.

Our paid subscribers, in addition to features mentioned above, will have access to the list of all the fraud reports in our database. This database includes the most recent reports and is updated daily. Additionally this database has advance search capabilities based on the user's specified criteria and is enabled for batch data exporting directly to MS Excell, MS Word & etc.
